Tiffany Casey

Ms. Casey is a Policy Analyst for KFH Group and is currently assigned to the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA). In this position she is responsible for the day-to-day contacts with Locally Operated Transit Systems (LOTS) and other transportation entities. This includes creating, reviewing and issuing final grant agreements; tracking the execution of all grant agreements; reconciling grants and notifying the LOTS of any closures; compliance with federal and state regulations with grant administration; reviewing and approving incoming invoices. She provides essential support for the Office of Local Transit Support (OLTS) including coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
