Transportation Planner II

Ms. Lasky is a Transportation Planner with over six years experience in transportation planning and research. Utilizing technical skills, data analysis, GIS and political knowledge, Ms. Lasky has worked on numerous Transit Development Plans, State-Wide Coordinated Plans, Compliance Reviews, etc. Ms. Lasky has worked on updating Title VI Plans for both 5310 and 5311 recipients in Virginia in both 2021 and 2024. She has also lead compliance reviews for both 5310 and 5311 recipients in New York State and Virginia, as well as assisted on compliance reviews in California, North Carolina, and Virginia.
