Rich Sampson is a Senior Transportation Planner with 22 years of experience in the public transit industry, working with transit providers of all sizes across the nation in improving mobility options for their communities. His work in planning and technical assistance includes project development, human services transportation coordination, community & stakeholder engagement, needs assessment & gap analysis, non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), communications & marketing, asset management, federal policy & regulations, and strategies to achieve greater federal & non-federal investment.
