Paula Clark

Ms. Clark is a Senior Transportation Analyst with thirty two years of experience working with rural and urban public transit, coordinating human service transportation, and Medicaid policy, including Medicaid non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT). Ms. Clark is currently working on a project with the National Rural Transportation Program (NRTAP).
