
Ken Hosen
Principal
Mr. Hosen is a Principal at KFH/Operations Expert with forty five years of research and practical experience in operating, managing and planning for public transit in rural and urban areas. He is known for his innovative approaches and his work has been published numerous times by the Transportation Research Board, including three studies on innovation in rural and small urban areas. His background includes urban and rural operations, microtransit, mobility management, service design, Urban ADA planning and implementation, transportation technology research and procurement; training paratransit dispatchers and managers and writing practical guidebooks for transit professionals. He is currently managing the TxDOT Technical Assistance program.
