Jason Kepple

Mr. Kepple is a Senior Policy Planner with ten years of relevant transit experience. He is computer literate and is experienced with a variety of programs including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD 2010, Site Ops, ArcMap, Autodesk Impression 2, Outlook, OpenWeb Info Mapper, Procore and ProjectWise. He is also experienced with a variety of planning responsibilities including: land acquisition (site selection, due diligence research, feasibility analysis, yield studies, and site layout sketches), project management including coordination of interdisciplinary project teams and consultants (engineers, landscape architects, environmental, and survey), design collaboration, and client relationship management. Mr. Kepple is well versed in entitlements (comprehensive plan amendments, re-zonings, special exemptions, site plans, subdivision plans, community outreach and public hearings) and has been a company liaison with numerous entities including clients, project team members of different disciplines, land use attorneys, and local, city, county, state officials. Mr. Kepple has experience with rolling stock procurements as well.
