Chris Taylor

Mr. Taylor is a Policy Planner for KFH Group and is currently assigned to the Maryland Department of Transportation Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT MTA). In this position he is responsible for the day-to-day contacts with Locally Operated Transit Systems (LOTS) and other transportation entities. This includes grant tracking and auditing; compliance with federal and state regulations with grant administration; project management for Asset Management and Safety Systems; conducting quarterly meetings with the LOTS; and working with various departments of MDOT MTA and the LOTS. The work at MDOT MTA and LOTS includes funding, regulatory compliance, procurement reviews and other issues as needed, for example, preparing reports and assisting with project presentations as required.
