Bennett Powell

Mr. Powell is a Transportation Planner specializing in public transit service planning, coordination, demand estimation, bus stop and pathway assessment and mobility management. He is an expert in public transit and human service coordination planning and has contributed to several regional transit coordination planning efforts in across the nation. He brings to the KFH Group team his skills and experience in public outreach and stakeholder outreach. Mr. Powell is well versed in ADA regulations and is an experienced planner who has contributed to several paratransit evaluations throughout the country.
