Our Transit Service Design Workshop

KFH Group provides technical assistance tailored to the real-world challenges of rural, Tribal, and small urban transit systems. One of our most requested workshops, Transit Service Design, has been delivered as a full or half-day session at several conferences and to client agencies nationwide.  This training helps agencies explore innovative service models that increase ridership and efficiency often without additional cost.  The workshop also addresses branding, planning, and implementation strategies. Participants apply these concepts to their own systems as case studies through interactive exercises.
