Improving Mobility For Pueblos and Isolated Rural Communities

KFH Group completed a comprehensive Transit Plan Update for the North Central Regional Transit District (NCRTD), including services to diverse communities across multiple Native American Pueblos, national forest lands, and a national monument. Through extensive field surveys, public outreach, including meetings within tribal communities and Pueblos, and detailed demographic and service analysis, we identified unmet needs and developed practical service and organizational alternatives. The final plan, which reduces costs while expanding service, was unanimously approved and was successfully implemented.
