Building a new 5-year development plan for Harford County

KFH Group completed the most recent five-year Transit Development Plan (TDP) for Harford County, Maryland, building on several previous TDPs we’ve conducted for the County. The plan recommended practical service alternatives, including cost-neutral route modifications, service expansion to new growth areas, and innovative on-demand microtransit service, designed to address key issues such as improving on-time performance, enhancing rider convenience, and streamlining routes. The final plan was approved, with several short-term recommendations already implemented and others currently underway.
