A study to improve dialysis transportation in the US

KFH Group led the research and authored TCRP Report 203: Dialysis Transportation, which addresses the challenges, demand, and costs associated with dialysis transportation in the U.S. The report identifies effective practices and introduces new service and funding strategies. A key finding is that healthcare-led initiatives could have a greater impact than public transit-based solutions. KFH also developed a forecasting tool to estimate future demand and funding needs for dialysis transportation. This research has been presented at several conferences, including a recent webinar for the ESRD National Coordinating Center (NCC).
