Lucinda Shannon is a transportation planner with 11 years of experience providing technical assistance and developing resource materials for transit agencies, human service providers, policy makers, and planners on accessible transportation. Her background includes expertise in the Americans with Disabilities Act and transportation legislation analysis and compliance, coordinated planning, federal program guidance, training and technical assistance, policy analysis, and grants management.
