Beth Hamby is a transit technical assistance specialist and planner with more than 25 years of experience in local, state, and federal government projects, as well as transit operations and management. Her background includes rural and urban transit, paratransit, and coordinated human service transportation evaluation and planning, technical assistance on compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for transportation services and facilities, FTA compliance assessment, technical assistance to state-level transit programs, development of guidebooks and manuals, communications, customer service, and graphic design.
